What is the Pre-Buy Program?

It’s simple: you buy your propane now at the season’s lowest price, and we deliver it throughout the winter as you need it. You can purchase as little as 300 gallons, or enough to cover your estimated usage for the whole heating season ending June 2026.

And here’s the best part — if you don’t use it all, you won’t lose a penny. Any leftover gallons become a dollar credit on your account.

Want extra protection from rising energy costs? With our optional Price Cap Program, you pay a small fee to guarantee that even if market prices rise, you’ll never pay more than your capped rate. It’s a smart way to control your heating costs without the guesswork.

Prefer Predictable Monthly Payments?

Our Budget Program is perfect for families who like planning ahead and avoiding wintertime bill spikes.  The budget program allows you to divide your projected heat expense into 12 monthly payments and have them auto transferred from your account via electronic funds transfer (EFT). It relieves the worry of a big delivery expense and eliminates any finance charges due to missed payments. First payments are drafted July 5th, 2025 and your final settlement will draft 

June 5th, 2026.
