Referral only counts as a referral if the Referee is a new customer setting up an account at a new address.  Credit will only be applied to the Referrer's account after an order on the Referee's new account is completed and paid for.  Each new Referee can only be referred by one Referrer.  This agreement can be updated by R.T. Rogers Oil Co., Inc. at any time.  By submitting this referral form, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms & you are indicating that you are authorized to give consent for the Referee to be contacted by R.T. Rogers Oil Co., Inc. for the purpose of setting up a new account or other general marketing purposes.  You are also giving R.T. Rogers Oil Co., Inc consent to store and use this information for internal marketing purposes and general business use.  Any information you submit here will not be shared without your consent.  The current term for submitting referral information is intended to last through December 31st, 2024, but may be extended or cut short at any time.
